The Town of Innisfil is committed to fostering a connected and engaged community through vibrant events and gatherings. As part of the town’s ongoing efforts to enhance community experiences, residents are invited to share their thoughts on municipal events in town.
“Our Strategic Plan recognizes the importance of delivering more year-round activities and events that encourage community togetherness, belonging and well-being,” says Mayor Lynn Dollin. “We want to hear from you about the types of events you enjoy and where you want to see them. Please share this opportunity to have your say with friends and family so we can hear from as many voices as possible.”
From festivals to neighbourhood get-togethers, feedback will play a crucial role in guiding the Town’s future events. Community members are encouraged to participate in a variety of ways:
- Visit getinvolvedinnisfil.ca/events to complete the online survey, share an idea, or mark on a map where events should happen
- Visit Town Hall or the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library during operating hours to fill out a paper copy of the survey
- Give input directly to Town staff at upcoming community events this summer such as Music in the Park and Neighborhood Nights
Those who participate in the survey by June 30, 2024 can enter to win an Innisfil prize pack.
