The missing teen in question has been located safe, South Simcoe Police stated via Twitter today.

The South Simcoe Police Service is appealing for the public's help to locate a missing Bradford teenager.

Seventeen-year-old Roberto Gilaard is described as male, dark complexion, 6' tall, slim build, long, black, wavy, ear-length hair, full black beard and dark eyes.

He is believed to have left his residence in the area of Miller Park Avenue and Magani Avenue wearing a black Champion hoodie, black Roots sweat pants, a black toque and black/white/gold Nike basketball shoes.

He was carrying a black Roots backpack.

Police and Roberto's family would like to confirm his whereabouts.
