The County of Simcoe reminds residents of the following schedule changes during this Canada Day long weekend.
County Administration Centre (Midhurst)
- The administration centre will be closed to the public on Friday, July 1
Simcoe County Museum
- The museum is open between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 1
- The regular schedules will resume on Saturday, July 2

Simcoe County Archives
- The archives are closed on Friday, July 1
Landfills and curbside waste collection
- There will be no changes to your regular curbside waste collection schedule on the holiday. Ensure you have your materials curbside by 7 a.m. on your regular collection day
- All landfills are closed on Friday, July 1
- The regular schedules will resume on Saturday, July 2
LINX Transit
- LINX Transit services are not in operation on Friday, July 1
- The regular schedules will resume on Saturday, July 2
