The County of Simcoe reminds residents of the following schedule changes during this Thanksgiving long weekend.
County Administration Centre (Midhurst)
- The administration centre will be closed to the public on Monday, Oct. 10.
Simcoe County Museum
- The museum is open between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10.

Simcoe County Archives
- The archives are closed on Monday, Oct. 10.
Landfills and curbside waste collection
- There will be no changes to your regular curbside waste collection schedule on the holiday. Ensure you have your materials curbside by 7 a.m. on your regular collection day.
- All county waste facilities are closed on Monday, Oct. 10 (with the exception of Matchedash).
LINX Transit
- LINX Transit services are not in operation on Monday, Oct. 10 (with the exception of Route 4 Wasaga Beach to Collingwood, which will operate on a Sunday schedule).
- Regular schedules will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 11.

Ontario Works and children services offices
- All Ontario Works and children services offices are closed on Monday, Oct. 10.
