Get fit at home with these easy to follow along moves

As the province slowly starts to re-open, businesses in Bradford included in the Stage 2 re-opening plan like hair salons, tattoo parlours and restaurant patios are busy with the infux of customers all while adhering to the enhanced safety measures and protocols required by the government.

While many personal services are allowed to open, gyms and fitness centres are part of the government's Stage 3 re-opening plan and haven't been given the green light to open their doors yet, but many are planning for their re-open date.

After months of being closed, Bradford's fitness studio, eLifestyle.ca is planning for a safe re-opening on July 6, pending government approval.

Similarily, other gyms in town are planning to re-open with new strict measures in place. With Premier Doug Ford's regional approach to re-opening, GoodLife Fitness has a tentative plan to re-open its gyms in the Greater Toronto Area on July 13.

Until they are given the official okay to re-open, Robb from eLifestyle.ca created a Home HIIT workout with Robb Armstrong for that can be done from home with the whole family.

They are also offering a free 20 day ab challenge, which you can find on their website here.
