The deadline for video submissions to Innisfil's Got Talent is Sept. 30

Calling all Innisfil performers!

ICE Corp, Innsfil's volunteer events group, is looking for artists to perform at the town's 2022 Onion Festival.

Residents are encouraged to submit video applications via the group's Facebook page or their website

The idea for the search came earlier this spring, as a way to showcase the town's talent.

ICE Corp volunteer Jennifer Richardson says it will be a good way for residents who have been cooped inside for the past year and a half to share their newfound talents and skills with the community.

"We're looking for a little bit of everything," she said.

So far there are 23 submissions, from local dancers, singers, and bands.

Once all submissions are in, the Board of volunteers will pick the Top 10 finalists, which will then be viewed by three local judges who will pick the top three winners. All three acts will automatically win a spot on the stage at the town's 2022 Onion Fest in June.

Winners will be announced later this fall.
