  • Payments for property taxes
  • Document Commissioning (new)
  • Parking ticket payments and review
  • Building permit submissions
  • Building inspection requests
  • Planning application submissions
  • Burn permits
  • Leisure programs
  • Freedom of Information requests
  • Road Permits
  • Marriage license applications
  • Civil marriage ceremony bookings
  • Dog licences (new and renewals)

Appointments in-person at Town Hall can be booked when online services are not an option or when a resident requires special accommodations. Please contact Customer Service to book your appointment. Please do not come to Town Hall if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

We recommend completing the province’s COVID-19 customer screening when deciding to attend an appointment. As mandated by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, face coverings are required when entering into a public space.

Innisfil property owners who are not signed up for pre-authorized property tax payments are reminded that an instalment is due on Feb/ 25, 2021. Property tax payments made online or at a financial institution may be delayed four to five business days and cheques can continue to be mailed or placed in our drop box.

The Town also asks that residents use debit to pay instead of cash if they are attending Town Hall for an appointment.

Until further notice, residents may continue to use their 2020 Resident Parking Permits.

Those in need of a 2020 permit can arrange to pick one up at the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library by using the following form.
