The Bradford Farmers’ Market

Bradford Lions E-waste and Scrap Metal Drive 

Bradford Community Centre, 125 Simcoe Rd., Bradford

8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Drop off your e-waste and scrap metal items in support of the Bradford Lions Club. 

E-waste items that can be accepted: Cell phone/smartphones/telephones, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, mice, TVs, stereos, cables, cords, printers, scanners, small kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners, heaters, fans, game systems, DVDs, Blu-Ray, power tools, lawnmowers. 

Scrap metal items that can be accepted: Metal shelving, metal tables/chairs/bed frames, toys, bikes, pots and pans, fencing, car and machinery parts. 

Innisfil Garden Club Annual Plant and Bake Sale

South Innisfil Arboretum, 1474 Shore Acres Drive, Gilford

8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There will be a variety of plants for sale including: perennials, annuals, herbs, vegetables, native and pollinator plants, tropical plants, plants from members' gardens, and more!

Bradford Leisure Centre 10-year Anniversary Celebration

Bradford West Gwillimbury Leisure Centre, 471 West Park Ave., Bradford

Noon to 4 p.m. 

Join the Town of BWG on Saturday, May 28, to celebrate the Leisure Centre’s milestone Anniversary with cake, entertainment, games, giveaways, and more!

All community members are invited to join us from 12:00 to 4:00 pm at the west library lawn for an afternoon of live entertainment and activities, featuring bands, games and contests, and fitness challenges.

Decoration Day

St. John's Coulson Hill Presbyterian Cemetery, Bradford

1 - 4 p.m. 

Stop by and pay respects to the many people who made up the West Gwillimbury community many years ago. An opportunity for families to reconnect with previous generations and share stories and memories.

The church is collecting donations for the ongoing upkeep of the St. John’s Coulson’s Hill Cemetery and Church. The church dates back to 1889 and has recently gone through some repairs and renovations.  The donated funds would be used to replace/restore the front doors and other items. 

The Sunday Market

Wishing Well Sanctuary, 2710 Line 10, Bradford

11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wagon rides, 40 vendors, games, face painting and food. Entry is $5 per person. Children 12 and under are free.
