63, passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice on June 6th, 2020 after a long and hard-fought battle with cancer. Born May 17th, 1957 in Capreol, Ontario he was the son of Theodore (Ted) Blanchard and Norma (Seikkula) Blanchard. Younger brother of Brian Blanchard. Lyle is survived by his loving children - daughter, Samantha Blanchard and son, Theo Blanchard. He was a loving uncle to many nieces, nephews and extended family. He enjoyed hunting with his life-long friends, fishing out in BC with his brother and most of all enjoying a homecooked meal with his two children. He was a friend to all and left so many fond memories. He will be missed dearly. Thank you to Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket for their loving care and support during his final days. Cremation has taken place. Due to COVID-19 the funeral will be held at a later posted date.
