Passed away peacefully on September 13th, 2020 at Hospice Simcoe in his 85th year.
Predeceased by his wife Alice Margaret Harley (nee Monteath).
Loving father to Janine Penny (Jon), Wayne Harley and Arlene Stevenson (Michael).
Cherished Papa to Olivia Strutt, Lexy Strutt, Ryan Harley, Colin Harley, Ethan Penny and Jorja Penny. Brother of Ann Fraser (late Jim Fraser)

Cremation has taken place and a Private Memorial Service in the chapel will take place at the Innisfil Funeral Home 7910 Yonge St. Stroud, on Wednesday September 16th, 2020 at 1 o'clock. If desired memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
