(Innisfil, ON) - On Monday, September 20, 2021, at approximately 1:15 a.m., South Simcoe Police Service officers were called to the area of Highway 400 and County Road 89 in Innisfil for a vehicle driving erratically that went into a ditch. The driver was not injured. As a result of the investigation, 29-year-old Christian Quiroz Villamar of Innisfil was charged with Operation While Impaired, Operation While Impaired - Excess Blood Alcohol and Dangerous Operation. His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days. He was released with a future court date.
