On Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, at 9:52 p.m., South Simcoe Police Service officer patrolling Innisfil Beach Park in Innisfil located a vehicle parked and running near the boat launch.
The driver was arrested following a roadside screening device test and transported to the North Division for further testing.
As a result of the investigation, 57-year-old Heidi Wall of Innisfil was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand.
Her licence was suspended for 90 days and her vehicle impounded for seven days.
