Frazer has been located and returned to his owner, Barrie police announced this afternoon.
Police say the investigation continues and no other details have been released.
The German boxer named was stolen from an Orwell Crescent home on Nov. 23 when city police say two women forced themselves into the home and grabbed the dog before fleeing in a nearby vehicle. When they tried to flee, a neighbour who tried to intervene was dragged by the vehicle.
The neighbour, who had been shovelling and heard the commotion, was taken to local hospital and treated for minor injuries after being dragged for about 30 metres before being able to free himself.
