TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH - On Friday, June 26, 2020, at approximately 3:33 p.m., members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), New Tecumseth Fire and Simcoe County Paramedic Services responded to a motor vehicle collision at C.W. Leach Road and Mackenzie Pioneer Road, New Tecumseth.
The collision involved an elderly female pedestrian and a grey sedan motor vehicle.
The elderly female pedestrian was taken to a local area hospital with injuries. The driver of the grey sedan did not sustain any injuries.
The investigation is continuing, information will be released as it becomes available. Please avoid the area and expect delays.
