Police seek missing vulnerable Innisfil man (update: located safe)

In an update on social media, the South Simcoe Police report that Stuart Thompson has been found safe.

South Simcoe Police Service is seeking the public's help to locate a missing vulnerable man from Innisfil.

57-year-old Stuart Thompson was last seen around 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020 leaving his home on foot in the Booth Avenue and Muriel Street area.

Police and his family are concerned about his well-being.

Thompson is described as white, 5'8", 170 lbs, bald with some red-blonde hair, trimmed beard, light green eyes and glasses. He was wearing a red baseball hat with "Canada" written on it, a blue, button down shirt with white and light blue on it, and shorts, possibly grey in colour.

Anyone who sees Mr. Thompson is asked to call South Simcoe Police Service at 705-436-2141 or 905-775-3311.
