Detectives from the Niagara Regional Police Service have continued this investigation to locate and arrest Juan Carlos Castro, 28, of Niagara Falls.
On March 26, 2023 at 7:50 p.m., officers attended a house on St. Clair Avenue in Niagara Falls. Castro was located inside and arrested without incident.
Castro is being charged with the Criminal Code offences of:
• Mischief under $5000
• Fail to comply with a release order (three counts)
Castro was held in custody for a bail hearing via video to the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines on March 27, 2023.
