Here's what's open and closed in Innisfil over the holidays

The Town of Innisfil reminds residents of the following schedule changes during the holiday period.

Critical services such as fire, road and sidewalk maintenance, and bylaw will continue to operate.

Innisfil Town Hall

Innisfil Town Hall will be closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 1. Regular hours will resume at 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 2, 2023.

To report urgent matters related to water, wastewater, roads and bylaw, please call 705-436-3710 and follow the prompts to access the town’s emergency options. For non-urgent customer inquiries, community members are asked to email [email protected] or use the digital form at www.innisfil.ca/contactus and customer service will respond as soon as possible once regular business hours resume.

Innisfil ideaLAB & Library

The Innisfil ideaLAB & Library branches will operate on a modified schedule:

  • Dec. 24 — Open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Dec. 26 and 27 — All branches closed
  • Dec. 31 — Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Jan. 2 — All branches closed

Arenas

The Innisfil Recreational Complex, Stroud Community Centre and Arena, and South Innisfil (Lefroy) Community Centre will close at noon on Dec. 24. These facilities will be closed on Dec. 25 to 26 and Jan. 1. Public skating opportunities can be found at www.innisfil.ca/ActiveInnisfil.

Rizzardo Health and Wellness Centre

The Rizzardo Health and Wellness Centre will be closed on Dec. 24 to 26, Dec. 31, and Jan. 1.

Landfills, curbside waste collection and Christmas tree collection

There will be no changes to curbside waste collection over the holidays. For landfill and other waste collection information, please visit the County of Simcoe’s website.
