Reena Tagger-Saint Louis and Justyna Truskolaski, the founders of independently owned and operated businesses Dream Parties and Innisfil Backyard Bounce, have joined forces on a new venture, Live Love Laugh Events (LLL Events).
Through LLL Events, the duo helps parents solve their childcare needs by offering a fun-filled time for children on professional activity (PA) days. The inaugural Kids’ PA Day Camp will be at the Innisfil Lions Hall (982 Innisfil Beach Rd.) on Nov. 17, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., though early drop-offs and late pick-ups can be accommodated starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m.
“We've had such great feedback on our holiday events that we decided to extend the fun for (PA) days for children and help working families secure a safe, fun and adventurous day for their kids,” Truskolaski said.
The camp will be led by CPR-trained staff. It includes a couple of outdoor activities, as well as surprise character visits, holiday-themed bingo, story time with Elsa and Olaf, a dance party, a movie with popcorn, take-home photos with Santa and cookie decorating.
“As a working parent, I know I often stress about what to do on a PA day while I attempt to work, so it made sense for us to create something different, fun and exciting for the kiddos,” Tagger-Saint Louis said. “We hope to have a theme to all of our PA days just to continue with our past events and the themes and activities we used within them.”
Parents are asked to contact LLL Events via email to register their child for $65. Sibling discounts are available.
Nut-free snacks will be provided, and children are asked to bring their own nut-free lunch and water bottle labelled with their name.
“We will be continuing hosting our events through PA days, special kids events and hopefully a March Break camp and summer camp with the same fun activities we’ve brought to our community in the past,” Tagger-Saint Louis said.
