In loving memory of Dorothy Rose Gladding, affectionately known as Dorry, who peacefully passed away in Barrie. She was born in Toronto to her parents Earl George Hughes and Jean Charlotte Brown. Dorothy was a beloved wife to Leonard Gladding and a cherished sister to Donna Haley and sister-in-law to Ralph Haley.
Dorothy will be deeply missed by her surviving family members, including her brother David Hughes, sister-in-law Linda Tilley, son Charles Gladding, daughter-in-law Amanda Gladding, grandchildren Amy Gladding and Cole Gladding.
Throughout her life, Dorothy faced the challenges with grace and courage. Her kind spirit and loving nature touched the lives of all who knew her. Her dedication to her family and friends was unwavering, and she will be remembered for her warmth and generosity.
Dorothy's legacy will live on in the memories shared by those who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love she gave so freely during her time with us.
