Brampton man accused of assault in Bradford

Police say that when they arrived on scene they learned a woman had been assaulted by her boyfriend

A 45-year-old Brampton man was charged with assault after South Simcoe Police Service officers recently responded to an unwanted guest call in Bradford.

When officers arrived at the home, they learned that a woman had previously been assaulted by her boyfriend. She was not physically injured.

A man was arrested on scene and later released with conditions and a future court date.
