At approx. 9:40 a.m. today, Bradford Fire, paramedics and South Simcoe Police were called to a single vehicle collision on Highway 88 just west of 10 Side Road in Bradford.
Police told BradfordToday that an eastbound vehicle had crossed all four lanes of traffic, and rolled over in the northbound ditch.
By the time first responders arrived on scene, the driver had fled the scene.
Police located the driver at a nearby gas station where he was taken into custody.
A witness returned to the scene to give his statement to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
