Innisfil driver hospitalized, charged after vehicle rollover

On Sunday, November 5, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the South Simcoe Police Service responded to a single-vehicle rollover collision in the area of 7th Line and 20th Sideroad in the Town of Innisfil.

The driver was arrested for impaired operation. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

As a result of an investigation, 31-year-old Tyler Jotoff of Innisfil was charged with Operation While Impaired, and Operation While Impaired - Excess Blood Alcohol.  His licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
