A Toronto man has been charged by South Simcoe Police Service after they received a complaint about a vehicle being driven erratically on Yonge Street near Line 8 in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
On Aug. 31 police conducted a vehicle stop.
Jose Brito, 56, has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle while impaired and operation of a motor vehicle while impaired - excess blood alcohol.
His driver's licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
None of the allegations have been tested in court.
