On Sunday, January 21, 2024, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the South Simcoe Police Service responded to reports of a fight involving two adult males outside a home in the Innisfil Beach Road and Webster Boulevard area in the Town of Innisfil.
During the altercation, a vehicle was damaged.
Upon police arrival, two men were arrested. One of the men was subsequently transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of an investigation, a 46-year-old Innisfil man was charged with Assault with a Weapon and Assault Cause Bodily Harm. A 49-year-old Innisfil man was charged with Fail to Comply with a Probation Order and Mischief.
