South Simcoe police have released photos of two suspects wanted in connection to an alleged carjacking on May 16, 2022, in Innisfil. They are Arshdeep Gill (left) and Navjot Singh. Both men are 24 years old.

South Simcoe police are seeking two suspects in relation to a carjacking last year in Innisfil.

On May 16, 2022, at about 12:10 p.m., police say a man armed with a knife approached a 77-year-old Barrie woman at the Tim Hortons on Commerce Park Drive, took her keys, pushed her to the ground, and fled in her vehicle.

The victim sustained minor injuries, according to police.

Arrest warrants have been issued for two men, both 24 years old, on charges including robbery, assault with a weapon, and vehicle theft.

Wanted are Arshdeep Gill and Navjot Singh, both of no fixed address.

Police say they are believed to have ties to Peel Region.
