Tourmaline Oil announces deal to buy Bonavista Energy worth $1.45 billion
CALGARY — Tourmaline Oil Corp., Canada's largest natural gas producer, is growing again. The Calgary-based company, headed by CEO Mike Rose, announced Monday it is buying Bonavista Energy Corp. in a deal worth $1.45 billion.
